A leading international PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex residential and educational developments across the UAE. This role demands both technical excellence and strategic foresight, with responsibility for managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing design and construction workflows, and ensuring project delivery aligns with client objectives, contractual obligations, and performance benchmarks.
This is a key leadership role within a high-performing delivery team, requiring a candidate with deep industry knowledge, strong client-facing experience, and proven capability in navigating authority approvals and high-stakes project environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery Oversight
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation through to handover.
Chair key meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors across all phases.
Ensure timely development and coordination of Project Execution Plans (PEPs).
Monitor programme delivery, technical output, and progress against key milestones Contract & Commercial Management.
Lead procurement planning and package strategy development.
Oversee negotiation, administration, and enforcement of contract deliverables.
Liaise with cost consultants to manage cost plans, forecasting, and change control.
Support claim prevention, contractual risk mitigation, and commercial reporting Risk, Quality & Compliance.
Develop and implement integrated Risk Management Plans (RMPs).
Conduct regular stakeholder workshops to identify and mitigate delivery risks.
Ensure alignment with QA/QC protocols and UAE HSE regulations.
Oversee compliance with statutory approvals and authority submissions (DDA, ADM, DEWA, etc.) .
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards Client Engagement & Stakeholder Interface.
Serve as the primary client representative across all project touchpoints.
Produce executive-level dashboards, reports, and decision-making briefs.
Validate design deliverables against project KPIs for cost, schedule, and quality.
Lead testing, commissioning, and final handover stages with full stakeholder coordination.
